‘It’s not about emails; it’s about public communication by a woman’
Public communication by a woman? Correct! Communication of classified materials through an unsecured server! The fact that she is a woman has NOTHING to do with it however.
I am mad. I am mad because I am scared. And if you are a woman, you should be, too. Emailgate is a bitch hunt, but the target is not Hillary Clinton. It’s us.
Is that why there are MEN who are currently in prison for doing much less with classified materials? Is that why that even though she has committed multiple felonies, she was given a free pass?
The only reason the whole email flap has legs is because the candidate is female. Can you imagine this happening to a man? Clinton is guilty of SWF (Speaking While Female), and emailgate is just a reminder to us all that she has no business doing what she’s doing and must be punished, for the sake of all decent women everywhere. There is so much of that going around.
John Deutch, CIA director under President Clinton, was found to have classified information on a government-owned computer in his home several days after he left the CIA. He had to be pardoned in the middle of plea negotiations by Hillary’s husband.
Bryan Nishimura of Folsom, California, pled guilty to the unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials during stints in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2008. Here’s the money quote from the AP – “An FBI search of Nishimura’s home turned up classified materials, but did not reveal evidence he intended to distribute them.” The exact words used to clear Hillary of her misdeeds. Instead, Nishimura was sentenced to two years probation, fined $7,500, and had to surrender his security clearance. Meanwhile, Clinton will be able to serve as Commander-in-Chief.
Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier allegedly used a cellphone camera to take photos in the classified engine room of the nuclear submarine where he worked as a mechanic, the USS Alexandria, then destroyed a laptop, camera and memory card after learning he was under investigation. He was indicted on one felony count of unlawful retention of national defense information and another felony count of obstruction of justice.
Maj. Jason Brezler was dismissed from the Marine Corps when he “accidentally took home 14 documents on his personal computer, some of which were classified.” According to the report, Brezler was “in a graduate school class when he received an urgent email from military officials in Afghanistan and sent a specific document in response, using his personal email account.”
That is just THREE people, there is a much longer list of MEN who have committed far less serious crimes than Hillary Clinton and who are in prison for them.
The people are demanding Clinton act like moral exemplars, thundering from the pulpit like Jonathan Edwards or Cotton Mather. But Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Chris Christie, Newt Gingrich, Rush Limbaugh and their many conservative friends are not remotely Clinton’s moral superiors. They are simply bullies, using gender discrimination to give a veneer of plausibility to their accusations.
I would have to say that those people are absolutely Hillary Clinton’s moral superiors. Have they called an entire race of people “Super Predators”, advocated for partial birth and late term abortions, refused to give aid to men fighting for their lives, committed multiple felonies with just an email? I think not.
FBI Chief James Comey has shown himself to be another bully of the same kind. He has repeatedly talked down to Clinton, admonishing her as a bad parent would a 5-year-old. He has accused her of “poor judgment” and called her use of a private email server “extremely careless.” If Comey’s a Boy Scout, here’s one old lady who will never let him help her across the street.
So speaking the truth while giving you a free pass makes you a bully now? That’s hilarious!
If the candidate were male, there would be no scolding and no “scandal.” Those very ideas would be absurd. Men have a nearly absolute right to freedom of speech. In theory, so do women, but that, as the creationists like to say, is only a theory.
Free Speech?! This has NOTHING to do with free speech! The problem is, that Liberals will see that, and say YES!! VALID!! But it’s not! Sending classified emails over a server that ANY basic hacker could get through? Is a CRIME!
Clinton’s use of a personal server has not been found to be a crime. Then how is it that so many have found the charge so easy to make, and make stick? How has her use of the server made plausible all the claims that she is “deceptive” and “untrustworthy”?
So, it’s NOT a crime when Hillary does it, but it IS a crime when a man does it? How does this work out to be a “war on women” thing again?
It’s not about emails; it’s about public communication by a woman in general. Of course, in the year 2016, no one (probably not even The Donald) could make this argument explicitly. After all, he and his fellow Republicans are not waging a war on women. How do we know that? They have said so. And they’re men, so they must be telling the truth.
This is just nonsensical babble by a man hater. This not only makes no sense, but is probably one of the most sexist things I have ever seen in my life. The double standard of feminists is hilarious.
(How to tell the genders apart: men are truthful; women are liars. Now you know.)
But here’s Hillary Rodham Clinton, the very public stand-in for all bossy, uppity and ambitious women. Here are her emails. And since it’s a woman, doing what decent women should never do—engaging in high-level public communication—well, there must be something wrong with that, even if we can’t quite find that something. We will invoke the terminology of criminal law to account for our feelings. She’s getting away with treason! Put her in jail! We can’t quite put our fingers on it, but the words sure do make a lot of people feel better, so they must be right.
A “Decent” woman would follow the law wouldn’t you say? Now this idiot says that they couldn’t find something wrong? In the video above, Comey very CLEARLY states what she did wrong. Just because it was a “man” who said it, doesn’t make it invalid. It doesn’t matter how hard you try to twist the truth on the matter, facts are still facts.
Clinton has repeatedly apologized, but apparently not enough for her accusers. In fact, her apologies were her only mistake. By apologizing she acknowledged guilt. But that’s what women are supposed to do (because women are always guilty of something). Several members of her own staff sent emails grumbling that she was a recalcitrant apologizer. But her instinct was right: apologizing has only made her weaker. Her opponent never apologizes, not really. So accusations slide off his back like water off a duck’s.
Imagine the emails the Trump campaign must be exchanging … Now those would be legitimately interesting!
Wait a second! Hillary has repeatedly apologized? But I thought she didn’t do anything wrong! Now you say that she acknowledged guilt too!? Amazing how these Feminazis think that nobody will actually read their garbage who has an ounce of COMMON SENSE! This just goes to show how far gone TIME Magazine actually is.
